This course uses the UsynligO app on your phone to let you know when you're in the correct place.

• Download the UsynligO app from the app store:

• Make sure you give the app access to your location.
• Search for the event "Newlands 2026"
• Either use the map in the app, or download the PDF here and print it out.
• Go to the Newlands Forest fire base and start your run here.

At each control, your phone will play a short tune to let you know that you found the control.   You can also get hints from the app should you struggle to find a point.
